Psychotherapy for Adolescents
Navigating adolescence can be overwhelming, filled with emotional, social, and academic pressures. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for teens to explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them build self-awareness and resilience. Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that draws on modalities like CBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy, I support adolescents in managing anxiety, identity exploration, peer relationships, and family dynamics. Together, we work to empower them to make confident decisions and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and calm.


Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly challenging. My approach to couples therapy is rooted in differentiation-based therapy, helping partners strengthen their connection while honoring their individuality. By creating a safe, supportive environment, I guide couples through communication challenges, conflict resolution, and emotional growth. Together, we work to foster greater intimacy, trust, and understanding, so each partner can show up fully in the relationship while staying true to themselves.
I offer a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy for individuals who stutter. My goal is to help you navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of stuttering, improve self-confidence, and find greater ease in communication. Using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, we’ll address both the external challenges and internal experiences of stuttering.In our sessions, we may also incorporate creative tools like art and mindfulness, which can be powerful in fostering self-acceptance and agency. Together, we’ll work to build confidence, enhance self-expression, and help you feel more authentic and empowered in your interactions.
